U.S. Kids Golf
U.S. Kids Golf, LLC was started in 1996 as a solution to the problem its founder, Dan Van Horn, experienced when trying to get his children, ages 5 and 8, into golf. “They were enthusiastic at first, but their interest quickly dropped. They weren't having fun," Van Horn recalls. At the time, I didn't realize that cutoffs and junior clubs were so heavy; they were not only hurting my kids' swings, but also their desire to play."
I am honored to represent the Central Mississippi Tour as their Tournament Director. My name is Chad Darby, and I am the Head Golf Professional / Director of Instruction at Annandale Golf Club.
"The Nest" (teaching center), at Annandale has become the primary place in the area for juniors to thrive and become elite athletes. It is my primary goal to create an atmosphere for juniors that self-motivates the ambition to improve. I am most excited about offering the opportunity for younger athletes to compete and discover their desire to improve through US KIDS GOLF!
